Agriturismo Tenuta Biscina’s restaurant is available to guests by reservation only. It is appreciated to reserve the place already in the morning so that the kitchen can create a complete menu that can satisfy every palate.
The proposed recipes are prepared with territorial ingredients practically at km 0 and the vegetables come from our farm, where we carry on the craft of cultivating the land without ever betraying our territory but respecting it. In fact, the products are grown without the use of pesticides and phytosanitary treatments to ensure the best organoleptic properties, a taste and a flavor that is certainly not found in products sold in large-scale distribution.
The kitchen wants to promote beauty and variety of our Umbrian tradition, especially Eugubina and Perugina, offering typical dishes to be paired with white and red wines of own production . The oil found on the table – which is used in the kitchen for the various condiments – was born on our farm and you will immediately realize the intensity and unique fragrance from the first taste.
The meat main courses are prepared with meat selected from local and certified farms, while the veal comes from our farm, also open for visits by our customers who want to learn more about the farming world.
For all customers it is possible to request the half board service: breakfast and dinner. At lunch – unless there is an explicit request from customers – the restaurant is closed.
