Tenuta di Biscina Agritourism and Restaurant

Our restaurant is available to our guests on reservation. We ask our guests to kindly book at the latest on the morning of the desired date, to allow us time to gather and prepare our fresh organic ingredients.

We also offer half-board service: breakfast and dinner.

You will also be treated to fresh oils, which we use in the kitchen and served at the table, and our farm's excellent wine. All fully natural, of course!

We will also be glad to let you sample the beef and veal that we breed at our farm.

Our cuisine is very light and traditionally Umbrian. Or to be more precise - a cross between the dishes traditionally eaten in Gubbio and Perugia, because our farm is located right on the border of these two beautiful municipalities, known both for their food and the natural beauty.

Normally our restaurant is closed for lunch, unless specifically requested and booked by our guests. This is due both to organisational reasons, and to typical itineraries of our clients, who usually prefer to spend their mornings exploring the charming Umbrian medieval villages.
